If you have ADHD, does it cause you to forget to message people back often?

I don't have ADHD, so I can't really understand when my friend says that's the reason she doesn't message for long periods of time, but if other people with ADHD experience this too it would be reassuring to hear.

no. my notifications keep going off until i answer them.

Definitely yes. I have adhd and will forget to message back or ill message way too much. There is no in-between

It can. I tend to text back really quickly because I'll get sidetracked with other things if I don't.

no, i havve trauma bt some one keeps saying i do and i can't see it... wish they would let me live my life as im not impacting/harming them
