My friend had a party I went to with her other friends and they complained that I didn’t drink much. They think I’m boring. What should I do?

I had 1 drink there. I usually don’t drink at all as I know it’s horrible for you. Basically I wasn’t as turned up as them.
One friend was drinking and had some weed so she was super effed up.

You probably seem way more responsible and put together than them in the morning tbh. And like, drinking excessively all the time isn't something to idolize. That's how you mess up your health long term.

If they wanna keep judging you for not getting wasted, then they don't sound like real friends. You do you, girl! You were still there hanging out with them sober, you didn't bail on the party.

Maybe try inviting those friends to do other things besides just partying too sometimes. Like a movie night, hike, baking cookies... something where you can bond without alcohol being the focus. That way they see there's more to you than what you drink.

Don't change up your chill vibes for anyone! The right friends will appreciate you for you.

Make friends with people who aren't going to be rude to you and pressure you into doing shit you're not intersted in. But if you really don't want to, and if their open to it, then maybe just try suggesting activities that y'all can do as a group that don't involve as much substance abuse lol (ex a cute brunch, hike, movie night, etc). I don't know if they're the types to be open to that (and if not then I think you might just not be compatible with them) but it's worth a shot.
