Why does my 17 little sis is always rude towards me for no reason. I never did nothing wrong to her. She always picks fights with me for no reason?

Like whenever I get my hair done she always says something negative about it. Here are all true examples. Like when I dress up she always says something negative. Whenever I wear a dress that is above the knee. She complains about it. But she wears dresses and skirts the same length as I do. Whenever I cook something for myself. She always complains for no reason. And ask me weird unnecessary questions with an attitude. She was like "why did you add cinnamon to this?" "You shouldn't be in the kitchen. Whenever I wash the dishes. She starts asking me why I am washing the dishes? Whenever I ignore her she gets very upset. Whenever I put her in her place she gets mad. And starts to cry each time. My parents always allow her to say whatever she wants even when disrespecting someone. Me and my brother were never allowed to speak how we feel about things growing up. We would automatically be set on punishment like getting our phones taken away. But the same principle doesn't apply to her. Me and her are 10 years apart so I am 27. It's extremely annoying to deal with. She's very hypocritical. She would suggest someone not to do something. But she does it too. Whenever I try to be kind to her and be peaceful. She acts very aggressive. She isn't like that with our brother and nobody else. And whenever I ask her what I ever did. She can't answer the question. She said I didn't do anything to her. And whenever my dad would pick random fights with me she would join in and start trouble by calling me names. And whenever I tell her to stay out of it. She gets mad and acts super extra. Last year I told her she doesn't know what it is like to be abused. And she kept her mouth shut. Then finding out one of our cousins had abused her this year. And I feel like it had made her worse than ever. But I always wonder why she is always picking fights with me. But she doesn't do that with my brother. It's always peaceful and quiet. She would start picking fights.
