I was going through a crisis a couple months ago, and needed to talk to someone about it. I've pretty much covered everything, and now I don't really know what to talk about. I had an appointment with her today. The first question she asked was "is there something you'd like to talk about. I was silent for like 5 seconds, and was like "not really". She was like "okay?" Then chuckled. I eventually thought of something to talk about, but do you think she was frustrated that I didn't know what to talk about?
