Did my wife miscarried?

I know this is a stupid question, but my wife was pregnant and she started complaining with stomach pains and bleeding she’s in her early stage. If she miscarried would she be okay if she’s only about a few weeks (just found out she pregnant a week ago)

Obviously need qualified medical advice is the obvious/stupid answer.

Make sure get gets medical care. Spontaneous abortions can happen if something is not quite right with fetus. It might something else though so don't ignore.
