Miscarriage questions?

I'm 7 weeks along and I'm expecting to miscarry. I think it may have started, but I'm not sure. I've never been pregnant until now.

I don't go to doctors so I'm relying on pregnancy tests and periods to confirm the miscarriage. I'd just like to know what to expect.

What does it feel like physically?
How long do the miscarriage symptoms last? How long do normal pregnancy symptoms last after miscarriage?
How long after miscarriage until a pregnancy test can read negative?
How long after miscarriage until my period will come back?

What does it feel like physically?

• Like a heavy period, cramping, passing clumps of fetal tissue, abdominal, low back and pelvic pain. Also it's normal to feel some nausea and vomiting.

How long do the miscarriage symptoms last?

• 7 to 14 days

How long do normal pregnancy symptoms last after miscarriage?

• One to nine weeks for hCG levels to return to zero following a miscarriage. Once levels zero out, this indicates that your body has readjusted to it's pre-pregnancy state - and is likely primed for breeding to occur again.

How long after miscarriage until a pregnancy test can read negative?

• There was a 35 to 50 percent reduction in hCG levels 2 days after, and a 66 to 87 percent reduction 7 days after the pregnancy resolved. This is a significant drop, but these numbers still mean that you could test positive on an HPT for a week to several weeks after a miscarriage.

How long after miscarriage until my period will come back?

• First period four to six weeks after a miscarriage. The exact timing can vary by several weeks, however, depending on when your hCG levels return to zero. Your body will still think it's pregnant until your hCG levels are gone. It is recommended you take a pregnancy test three weeks after the bleeding and cramping have stopped.

• I read you stance and your opinion on doctors and I will caution you that if all the pregnancy tissue does not come out and is left behind you can get sepsis which is blood poisoning from infection. While it is not absolutely 100% necessary to seek medical care for a first-trimester miscarriage it is advised that you seek medical care for heavier than normal period bleeding, fever or foul smelling discharge.

I’m sorry that you have to go through this painful process. I don’t know if you intented to misscarry your baby or it’s a health related issue that you are facing but either way, I’m sure it is quite difficult so I wish you all the best to feel better and ease your pain.
I have seen your reply on somebody’s comment on this post. You have said that you rely on your body more than doctors. However, misscarriage can cause so many issues both long and short term. It can even result in death. Please seek some help ! Don’t risk your life and health.

It won't. I trust my body to take care of itself more than I trust doctors. Doctors have done nothing but brong harm to my body, cause other issues and symptoms, and not resolve the original issues.
