How do you stop worrying that you haven’t helped other people enough?

In one day, I’ve leant money to one of my best friends for a social occasion, treated my parents to lunch, spent time with my parents, talked to a lonely friend about her sick mum, ordered a songbird horse and carriage toy for my friend’s daughter, shopped for my other best friend’s birthday and done some Christmas shopping for my dad (I bought him two nice shirts, as his clothes are getting old). I started to feel guilty, because it’ll take until next week to finish dad’s Christmas shopping. It’s not even November yet. How do I stop overthinking?
