Is it okay that I looked at my friend naked after she slipped in the bathtub?

I live with her and other friends, she slipped and asked for someone to help her, she didn't seem to care that I saw her naked when helping her.

For most people, the desire to maintain modesty when it comes to nudity is really only maintained to confirm with social norms, not because of a personal adversion to being seen nude. That desire to conform to social norms is not strong enough to outweigh the need to get help from someone.

Honestly , I hardly think its an issue , she slipped and wanted help and you helped her , thats a good thing , as these kind of things do happen.

Perfectly normal under times of stress not to care if you are naked. The person answering the call for help might be taken aback when seeing the person nude but that is usually gone when helping. Bathtub falls can be minor or life-threatening. The only possible good thing about being nude is that it is relatively easy to spot a break bleeding etc if the person is unconscious.
