Is it normal that I have limited when spouse can take a shower to three times a month for five to 7 minutes I pay the bills?

They may use the sink and the kitchen sink hose but not the bathroom shower because of germs. I don't want to be home when they take a shower.

No snack food No fancy coffee no ice cream they are buying ghost energy drinks and quest peanut butter cups which are the next thing to be banned too expensive

Yo girl, this sounds super controlling and unhealthy on your part. Limiting showers and other basic needs to that extreme just isn't right. Your spouse has valid points about fairness too.

I get wanting budget control since you pay bills, but this is over the top and will only breed more resentment in your relationship. They still deserve basic dignity and comfort in their own home. Maybe try communicating openly about finances instead of dictating strict rules.

Compromise is key - maybe take shorter baths too, or work out a fun money system where you each get an allowance for personal items. Counseling could really help you both learn to meet in the middle respectfully.

I need to take care of them. They are helpless and stupid. They want to work but want me to leave them alone and not camp our there. I have to make sure they aren't cheating. They have never cheated but I have to keep watch
