Form of birth control? Tell me this isn’t found?

Mother breastfeeding a child someone said. I hard it loud and clear… how? I can’t see any scientific evidence that supports that. Sounds comical 😆

For some women breastfeeding makes them not ovulate/have a cycle so there isn't a chance of pregnancy. For other women (like myself) our cycle comes back a few weeks after having a baby so it is possible to get pregnant again. Just depends on the woman

I think there is a time after giving birth where you can't get pregnant again. Although that might just be a time where sex is not recommended. Breastfeeding is not a form of birth control. A girl can be breastfeeding a kid for the kid's entire life and could still have more kids.

So when you're pregnant you don't have a period obviously because you're not ovulating. After giving birth it takes a while for your period to come back especially if you're exclusively breastfeeding as the hormones that produce breast milk also suppress ovulation.
