If you got to be irate and desperate in life, how would you want to be treated?

This is an inflight trial, feel free to be anon if you might be called for future jury duty.

In short... Neely was irate and a train passenger held him down til he died.

Neely had lost his parents, had failed in life as a Michael Jackson impersonator... was at minimum hungry and lost. The system failed him, parents failed, and nyc... has little compasion for such persons.

The solution in NYC in general is to ignore people until they go away. Sometimes, there's altercations. In this case, Daniel Penny engagd and held him down to protect himself and others. Neely died while being restrained.

If you got to be irate and desperate in life, how would you want to be treated?

How would you handle an irate person that is scaring passengers and making demands... e. g. wants help? NOTE: Neely as I understand did not touch or assault anyone (as far as I know).

I'd want people to show compassion and talk me down
I'd appreciate if someone stronger got control of me and held me down... but not kill me
