I think it means they are a hater but you know what they say if you do not have haters in your life, then you are doing something wrong anybody who’s living a good life a happy life is going to have haters because hazer want to be like you so honestly, I would think it means that they want to see what you’re up to and nosy is what I would think I would accept their friend request and let them see what kind of life I live so I can rub it in and smile all the way, and be very nice to them you’re supposed to keep your friends close, but your enemies even closer
