Not really. Maybe a soft cut off. My brother is like super pissed off at my mom and my youngest brother. He and his kids don't talk to them. We rarely communicate anymore but he hasn't cut me out specifically. My niece still texts me often but his son is just apathetic and doesn't really text anyone in the family.
