I’m besties with the mother my son’s best friend. They boys have played baseball together since they were little. My son’s best friend told me I “look hot” and I caught him peeking multiple times… how do I handle this? It’s uncomfortable

I think just accept that when puberty kicks in, boys start looking at women's bodies.

It is one of those situations where your attitude is what makes it uncomfortable. If you just laugh at what puberty does it should resolve it.

It is a bit harsh and may be age inappropriate or perhaps age ineffective is more correct. I am assuming your son and friend are early teens. That response is probably more effective at 18 plus.

At 12 or 13 it is more instinctual. I was brought up in a remote community but one day we went to town. I didn't really know anything about girls.

But a gorgeous girl walked past and suddenly my pants were painfully tight and my entire focus was on her. I didn't understand why my father was trying hard not to laugh. I am assuming the sit is something like that.
