How many people are you including in a family? If you include enough people, it likely is true. But if you mean a nuclear family, then no.

I mean they probably depends on how far out you count as family sense if you go far back enough you’d be related to tons of people

if you only count going back to grandparents then definitely not

I am sure it is true if you are looking at the whole family tree which would include several members outside just the family you have been born into.
