What are the best things about being honest is that you're being yourself and you're not being somebody else
Most people that do not tell the truth must not like themselves because they have to lie to make themselves look a certain way. So people don't judge them..
It doesn't matter who you are in this world you're going to be judged every single day because there's people out there they don't have anything better to do but to put other people down for whatever reasons so no matter what you say to your friends group you're going to beat you so why not just be honest with them because in the long long run I guarantee you they're not being honest with you I have not found one person in this world that can tell the truth for one whole day and that's just so sad so be that person you are who you are and make yourself be real make yourself be beautiful and happy there's going to be people to bring you down don't allow it to happen by not telling the truth
When you do something in this world you do it for a reason and if it's not for the right reason then most people are going to lie but no matter the reason it was your reason and you have your own reason for everything so believe in yourself like I said whether you tell the truth or not you're still going to be judged so do it for the right reasons
You are what you like, say and do
If I'm your friend then you know exactly who I am I don't pull any punches I don't hold back I don't sugarcoat anything I say it in a way that it could be understood and just because I say something too it doesn't mean that I'm right and all my friends know that I feel that way I'm just projected so they can see it because we all make our own choices we all make our own decisions the people that know me they are my friend we are friends because of who I am and who they are but I'm a pretty good person and they know that I'm going to be honest they know if I don't say anything I don't have anything to say because there are parts of our lives that are nobody else's business and
And what's one of your friends knows your business then all your friends know your business
And there are friends that know a little bit more about me than other friends but I only let in certain people
The more I get to know somebody the more I let in it's not that I don't trust anybody it's just that there's no need for anybody to know anything not unless I want them to know it really and that should be the same way with you probably do
I have a lot of secrets from My Friends that has been told me 20 years or longer ago and my friends told me their secret because they know that it will stay right with me
When you talk to your friends about yourself depending on what kind of friend they are
There's always going to be one of them that feels that they have information on somebody or on you that they're going to blab because they want to be liked more or whatever they're thinking see you and that's just not right with me but yeah I'm already read your answer or your question to me whatever it was if I understand it a little bit better but I'm not sure what you meant
Perhaps it depends on what is meant by “friend” as this seems to need redefined these days because of social media and the general mis-use of the term.
I would offer that if your not feeling that you can truly be open with a friend , then your at the very least missing out on what that friendship could offer. Conversely if you’re not telling them for fear of how they may react or use that information then maybe they are not really a friend? I know a lot of people , I would consider some casual associates , some acquaintances or folk I can share a few laughs with and know fairly well , and finally that probably 2 people that are REALLY close and that I share everything with assuming my lady knows already.
Probably the best sex I ever had was the time my ex tied me up and blindfolded to bed and was doing me from behind. He finished inside me and ran down in his dressing gown to get the new toy he'd bought out to pleasure me with but got a phone call from his brother. While he was out his doberman came in and started stiffing and licking around me, I thought it was my boyfriend and it felt so good. Then he mounted me I could tell instantly that it was my boyfriend. I started helping like a bitch in heat, terrified because I knew it was a dog by the feel of his fur and his panting and the sheer size of his penis. I was cumming again and again. He finished inside me and ran downstairs again. My boyfriend came up to find me basically passed out still tied to the bed. I told him to forgot the toys and let's get some sleep. I was very disturbed by what had happened but could stop thinking about it. After that my boyfriend's dog became my dog. 2 years later we broke up and I took the dog.
To a certain extent, I’m trying to do better with learning when the time is right to say the things that I wanna be able to say or keep my mouth shut because sometimes it’s unnecessary of my opinion and just listen

Yes, that's why they are in my friend group. And it's a small circle of friends. I don't keep people around who are afraid to speak their mind and offer up valuable feedback whether I want to hear it or not. I don't have much patience with or respect for people who only tell everyone what they think other people want to hear. As a result, my friends and I exchange the brutal truth about everything with no hard feelings.
Eh... in general I don't really trust ANYONE by default. Not even my parents. Not even my own self. But my "friend group" is alright I guess. And I put that in quotes because I've never really had any true friends, more just acquaintances I talk to/hang out with semi-regularly.
Not really. I've asked for advice in the past on personal issues and it was either subject changed, no attempt to fully understand, down played, or just given stereotypical crap advice. I just learned to talk to myself from a 3rd person perspective. The logical & calm part of me is really wise, and the autistic freakout part of me is full of anxiety. So, if I'm dealing with a mental freakout, i try to take a deep breath and process my emotions. Takes me about an hour or 2, but i get there.
I have 2 friends that I don’t hide my true self from
And 1 very close friend who knows me perfectly well but I do remain mindful around him.
Everyone else just gets to see the mask I wear
I'm always open when it comes to my friends, I'm free around then and they know I'm asexual, they are cool with me.
@Sarah2007 what made you asexual? Some sort of childhood abuse?
Nobody is born asexual something made you choose that. You masturbate and its either male or female you dont do it for the sake of doing. We are sexual beings. Its literally in our genetics lol.
@Uglygaypoorcoward94 not everyone accept my asexuality, can't tell you much. I'm against all sexual things and I've never even tried to do anything and will never do.
I'm different than normal people and that's why you will never understand.
You don't have to accept it, move on we don't know each other.
I don't have a friend group. I notice that I cannot tolerate most people for long periods of time.
Different friends, different levels of trust. I have a select few that I feel I could be 100% open and honest with
Honestly
. absolutely no way , and I don't think many could in reality , people are complex when it comes down to it.
I don't WANT to be open with my friend group because I have my own private thoughts and desires they aren't part of.
no but some stuff you can't talk about with most people bc they won't get it
I only have 1 friend really close to me, like i can tell him everything.
No, i don't think anyone is ever fully open and honest with anyone
I do not have a friend group anymore but when I did I could trust them with personal stuff.
Honest yes but open nope...
I'd like to keep some things for myself
Yes. They are the safety net if they are real friends!
I am honest about myself but no one I know does. So I keep quiet
Absolutely i can my three friends I've have since my childhood
Never be truly open and honest with anyone. It will eventually be used against you. Always.
Yeah. But I'm a straight shooter with everyone. It's kind of my character flaw.
Maybe I would, but I don't have a friend group.
Yes especially my best friend who I consider a sister.
