Is my moms dog too skinny?

He's 13 and he's been to the vet a lot and they never said anything.

Is he being well fed? I mean, dogs do lose muscle mass when they get older just like humans do. I had a couple of dogs at that age who looked like that even though they were being fed. But, unfortunately, they did pass away because of old age or health issues.
Maybe your mom’s dog is at that point since he’s 13.

Hard to tell with the angle of the picture but as long as he’s eating his food every day with no problems, I wouldn’t worry. Maybe pets lose weight as they age?

If a qualified vet hasn’t said anything, then I don’t believe there would be a reason to worry.
