How to deal with my dad acting like he’s a great guy?

To make a long story short my ‘dad’ reacted to my mom being pregnant with me by trashing and breaking all of my baby stuff and repeatedly kicking her in the stomach annnd so she cut him off so he would never be apart of my life. I came across his Facebook today and found out that he has many children, some older and some younger than me, some he’s in contact with and I know that he’s not in contact with at least another three of them but he uploaded a picture of his two sons and the comments were praising him for how amazing he is and how clear it is that he loves all of his children and I do not know how to deal with the rage that it has suddenly ignited into me lol I want to publicly shame that man for what he did to me and my two other siblings but I don’t know if I should or not

When I was 1 years old my mom divorced my dad she got married to another guy when I was 2 years old

when I was 5 years old a cousin came from the Nevada to California to visit that morning when they got there she told me that my dad was not my dad it upset me so I went and I asked they told me the truth he was not my dad

so from five years old to 29 years old I wonder who I was when I was

32 years old I went to visit and instead of wanting to know who I was I found out who I didn't want to be and I don't mean that in a bad way

Let the anger pass. Anyone who truly knows the man knows he’s a piece of shit. You have every right to hate him for what he did and pretending it never happened, but this man isn’t in your life for a reason. I imagine the only close relationships he really has are his co-workers, and that’s not really anything that matters.
