It is not too late to get pregnant, but by the time the child grows up, the woman will be almost 50 to 60 years old. At the age when the child needs his mother the most, the woman will almost be a grandmother. Why is there a need for constant reproduction?

That is a bit old but not unheard of. The problem is the later a woman gets, the more chance for complications.

Over 40 is usually too old for any kind of pregnancy, but it can work out well.

The kid is likely to be born as disabled or disordered. Theorically it's impossible over 45 but 43 is fairly late too.
