Brother threatens to kill me?

He is a year older than me and when I am home he freaks out like a psycho and threatens to kill me sometimes. What the hell do if one time he is serious?

LOL, that's just sibling interaction in my family. I was the youngest and my older sisters were always threatening to kill me. As I got older I made the same threat to them. No one ever actually got killed.

But it sounds like you may be dealing with more than playful sibling squabbling.

Is he seriously angry? About what? Does he have problems with social interactions in general? Or is it just you?

How old is he? If he's an adult and saying this that's a problem. Kids say that stuff all the time but when you get older and have context of what it means that's very different. If he's an adult saying this you need to talk to your family and maybe the police. Has he ever been violent or just made threats? Has he hit you or anything before that's relevant info.

There are always two sides to every story & one can only wonder what you are doing to your brother to fire him up to the point where he threatens you. On the other side of things a threat is a threat & if your brother keeps doing it maybe he needs to be taught a lesson & when the police handcuff him & take him away maybe he will learn.

If for no serious reason, and he is serious in anger/action then you can make a report as in: If I get harmed any time, it might be him.

At least among closest people you know. Just like how a woman screams and it totally frustrates the guy that she exposes him.

That's a normal sibling interaction, at least for my sister and me. It's not like every day, but at least weekly, at least anyways has this been something he's been doing for a while months, or years or recently if it's been years then there isn't really a concern just tell him it makes you uncomfortable and ask him to stop if it just started recently than you might need to actually talk to someone about it. I highly doubt he actually means it.
