Am I wrong for hating children?

Now let me clarify I do not actually hate children I just tell people this so they keep their children away from me.

I actually don't like parents and refuses to interact with with children because of parents. Even children who are related to me like if my cousin had a child I wouldn't interact with it unless they had become a single parent aka the wife or husband left then I would feel comfortable holding the baby

I even told my roommate if she had a child she can that's fine but I wouldn't interact with it unless given no other choice.

People like to show me their children for some reason and I always put my hands behind my back and say very cute then back up at least a step or two.

So unless the child is a minimum of 15 I will do everything in my power to make sure they are at least 20 feet away

I don't think children or evil or that I'm going to hurt them. just that they might cry or scream or hurt themselves and then their parents are going to blame me for it

So unless it's my own child keep it away from me

Don't get me wrong if a child is in danger or is lost I will help them I have picked up a childen who were about to do something stupid on meny occasions but than I panic that they are touching me and try to hand them off to there parents with enough apologies to try and save my ass for picking them up

Which I have been screamed at for snatching a baby who fell off a counter.

I think I made it pretty clear I avoid children whenever I can also stated I don't hate children themselves I hate parents
