Except for biological reasons in the case of women, and/or medical reasons in the case of men, there's no ideal age to have a child.

Take into account that fertility for women naturally declines with age. A woman's peak reproductive years should be between her late 10s and late 20s. Fertility will start to decline around the age of 30. While pregnancy is still possible beyond 40, it becomes increasingly challenging and carries higher risks of complications. Menopause will mark the end of her natural ability to conceive.

Not so for men, we should be able to become a father even at an advanced age. That's just how biology made us.

They could but it would be really unfair to have the child because by the time that child is an adult, the parent will be at the retirement age.

If I don't have my first child before 40, I probably won't have children.

I think people should start as early as possible. Ideal is 23-28.

Women have to face the menopause, which can happen more or less early, and men's fertility slowly fades with age. For a woman, having a first child past 40 is not a good idea, although I know a niece who did succesfully. Things just happen.

From the moment a girl gets her periods, she can theoretically have a child, but it's generally admitted the best to be waiting till at least somewhere in the twenties. A half sister of mine got pregnant at 16, and she wanted to keep the child. She later had a few more kids, all healthy.

There are general adviced rules, but things often just happen, depending on circumstances, family, culture, etc.

You are always teaching every day your guiding everyday. You engage with then everyday I raised two kids and I'm glad I had them when I had them so many beautiful memories and I still get new memories all the time

The ideal age for a woman to have a child is between 18-24, in my opinion, which is a rough guesstimate, based on their youth and ability to attract a partner. For men, it doesn't really matter, but he should have resources to take care of his family

I think after 45 is a little old to have a child and maybe should adopt or have a surrogate if they want a child. I think a good age is 25 to 30 years would be a good age to have a child but younger or older is fine too but I think that age range is the best. Your mostly mature but not too old.

Fathers have been fertile into their 80s. Mothers are limited by their finite eggs. Typically, females are most fertile in their mid to late teens and then gradually declines until about their mid 40s, then menopause sets in and egg production ends.

Men it's easier but women not so easy at that stage. It's her body going to take a hit and the fertility rate is pretty slim after 40.
