I think 25 or 32 is a good age to have a first child.
What age do you think is a good age to have a baby?
I think 25 or 32 is a good age to have a first child.
I think the age range you put (25+) is a good range. I’m right at that age and will marry at the end of the year. It is our intention after to start a family.
There is no one right age for all. It is more about being ready. By that, I mean financially stable, among other things.
You have to be prepared for loss of income for leave from work, childcare, and all the other hundreds and hundreds of expenses that come with raising a child.
I think 25 is probably a lot better than 32.
I had my first at around 30, and I definitely had more energy when I was 25 to keep up with my daughter !!!
I think 25 to 31 is ideal for a woman. 18 to 24 and she's still in college. And anything over 33 is kind of 'too late', in my opinion. Granted, it's a bit unfair to women that they have such a low window in life to have kids. But hey; considering all the other perks and advantages they get, (like boobs, free drinks, being able to marry a rich partner based on looks alone, etc.) it kinda evens out.
If you want a baby as a couple you should both do fertility tests AND THEN decide is it better to wait or do it now especially if you both have already low chance at a baby in your mid 20's. Cause it would suck to hit 30's and find out you suddenly have like a 0% chance at a baby.
