If you had to choose between your life or the life of your child while pregnant, which would you choose?

My bestie and I had this discussion and this is what I said-

For me, it would depend on how far along I am. If it's only been a couple of months, I would terminate the pregnancy, but if I am about to have the baby then I would give up my life to save the child.
