Ladies? What should I get a girl in her early 20s who works for me?

Long story short, I have a young friend who has helped me for years now. She's seen me at my lowest lows and some of my highest highs. Her anniversary is coming up and I want to do something special for her.

Any suggestions? I'd like to make it memorable. She's soon to be 23, I already helped her get a deal on a new car. Any thoughts?

Over the past 22 years, I have bought females things that I felt they would like. And it seemed that they really did like what I bought them. BUT it never helped make the relationship go anywhere. Which means they really didn't like me all that much. So hopefully that girl likes you better than any of the girls that have been in my life!

That's the problem, she's done soo much, I got her a job interview at a firm near us. She is now doing accounting for a competitor of mine. She's making a lot of money.
But I'm happy for her.
