In your family who do you have the closest relationship with and why ?

I have a phenomenal relationship with all of my family members.

I talk to my mother on the phone daily. I see my grandfather once a week for lunch and billiards. My sister is constantly in and out of my house with my nephews, and my uncle is my male role model.

That is my entire family. There is just six of us. A mom, sister, 2 nephews, and an uncle.

My family is small enough that I get to have the best possible relationship with each one of them. I don't have a closer relationship with any individual member because they all have their place and all serve their individual roles in my life.

One of my cousins. He's like the brother I never had. Two years younger than me, we practically grew up together. We lived in different cities, but would spend the summer holidays together either at his parents' home or my parents'. The nexus was our mutual grandmother, mother of his father and my mother.

We have been living in different countries for over 25 years now, so family reunions are dar in between and hence special.

My youngest brother. He's the one I've always shared everything with and were like twins. Never felt like I'll be misunderstood or judged. Lot of times he'd even understand what I think or want without me expressing it. So, we have this unsaid understanding. Although I stay away from home. I still feel as close as I did to him when we were little kids.

My folks, I can talk with them both about things. My siblings all live elsewhere. I was close to my uncle's but one passed and the other moved outta state.
