I beat my sister, I regret it, how can she forgive me?

He disrespected me and wasn't doing the responsibilities he was supposed to do. I was doing it instead of him for about 2 years and I beat him last night. I was so angry that she scratched my hand with her nails. Because I'm always treated unfairly in this house and I exploded in the end, but I didn't want it to be like this.

Well you have to get together with her just you and her sit down and apologize look into her eyes and then you need to explain to her what was going through your head and why you snapped But here's the thing you have to be completely honest, I mean completely
 You can't point the finger at anybody, except for yourself, that's taking responsibility for yourself. But that's all you can. Do you have to forgive yourself? She doesn't have to forgive you if she doesn't want to. But ask Her to.  Tell her how you feel about every thing. Even the questions.  You have asked on here about family.  You're supposed to be able to control yourself. That's how people look at you. If you can't control yourself, then you can't do much of anything else. But just be loving, be kind and
 Real, when you apologize.
 And then stand up, hug her, tell her that you love her and that it won't ever happen again.

Just apologize and try to make it up to her , in time she more than likely will put it behind her , it’s your sister so you both more than likely love each other

I have 4 older sisters and after we hit our teens whenever any of us got into a serious spat our parents would make us go outside and say don't come back until you've resolved it. Most times we could talk it out. A couple of times we had to wrestle around in the yard first before we could talk it out.

And it's not about whether she ever forgives you or not , it's about you forgiving yourself. in my opinion.
