Does anyone else feel like my baby’s arms are fucking long?

Not to scare you, but there is a medical condition called Marfan Syndrome. I probably wouldn't have ever brought it up, but I just saw a medical video and one of the patients had this syndrome.

The person has long limbs and long hands, and they are tall as well. Since you asked us what we think about your baby's arms being long, it made me think of the video I just watched.

But I am sure that you will have a healthy, happy little bundle of joy!

As for babies like people they come in all shapes & sizes & some of them have long arms as well just like the baby in the above ultrasound.
