I very rarely get sick, but when I do, I fight it.
I don't like when I'm incapacitated by some stupid illness, so I usually continue about my day as if I can somehow "ignore" being sick if I'm stubborn enough.
Ironically, that ends up making it last longer, 'cause I'm stupid. 🤷‍♂️

Depends how bad it is. For normal cold stuff not really, but if I puke. I'm sleeping till i feel better.
