Are you a Big Baby when you're sick?

Well it is no fun to have a cold by anyone, and pretty sure no one would wish one upon another person, but in my case and to me this is sort of a funny question, and one I wanted to add my two cents worth to, but not to be an outspoken person or viewed as a troll for saying it, I have been dealing with the flu now for over three weeks.. my energy level has pretty much left me and I do still what I have to do but it is a bit of a struggle, I do feel like a big baby a lot of times even when I do not have a cold.
You see I do wear diapers and rubber pants daily due to a completely different kind of a circumstance and story and feel a bit like a big baby at almost anytime... it is just this post got my attention as it brought up two points rather then just the one.. and I am not one who is a shy person just because I wear what I wear and I could care less who knows I wear them, most people do not even know me or have even walked a few feet in my shoes to me if you think you know me you are judging people plain and simple.. and that is never a good thing to do

Not really, I just prefer to be alone and I never use medication Or go to doctors, herbs do the trick for me.
If she wants to baby me it's most welcomed 😊

Dang near nobody believes me when I claim to be sick. Maybe it's because I'm very good at pushing through pain and discomfort. I remember in middle school my mom dragged me out of bed because she thought I was trying to skip school. I was at 103°F and too weak to get up. She felt really bad after that. Turns out I had the flu (I caught it 5 times in middle school). I'm super low maintenance when I'm sick, all I need is water, a bit of food, long hours of sleep, a nice bed, and some nasal spray so I don't suffocate.

I'm sick right now and only really complain about the fact I feel like crap when I have so much work to get done. If I wasn't so busy all the time and could just rest up to get better, I wouldn't see any reason to complain really.

I'm like your C option.,.. Yeah I get sick... but I still do all the things I usually do. It may be a bit harder... but it's still manageable.
But guys are the ones who feel like they're dying when they get sick - for sure.

Just a couple of days for me if it's too bad. I usually just have some painkillers to allow me to think while working and that's it. And if it's a cold, I swear by the Zen (Tazo) tea (honey not needed)

Hardly ever sick, can't stand it if people stay off work with a 'cold' it needs to be a chest infection or something that needs antibiotics (imao) otherwise you're making a fuss. Just to quantify that, I know some people have ongoing conditions e. g. rheumatoid arthritis or something - before anyone shoots me down!

I think the whole "man flu" thing is a load of bullshit. Just about everyone I've ever known acts like a baby when they're sick, be them males or females, makes no difference. I've never understood it because I rarely if ever get sick and when I do get sick, nobody knows about it. Last time I was sick enough that I had to stay in bed was over 10 years ago when I had food poisoning.

I practically never get sick. But when I do, I tend to be a bit of a baby. I don't really need much active care though, I just need my wife to be sweet and listen to my whining. If she offers to make a cup of tea for me, even better ;-).

I usually just get colds, I'm not thrilled when I get them but I go on about my day. Last time I had the flu was years ago and I just stayed in bed for pretty much a week.

I think you need to take care of yourself when you have the flu. I just ignored it earlier this year, and had to go to hospital.

I don't mind being coddled some when I'm really sick, but I don't ham it up or anything. Frankly, when I'm sick I'd just rather be left alone for the most part.

Nah. I'm definitely option D. Don't complain and don't like anyone doing things for me. Rarely get sick, though. Can't remember the last time.

For me, I'm between choice C and D. I don't look sick, but I feel terrible. I can still do SOME things, but usually the bare minimum. You'd also have to ask others if I act like a big baby or not.
