If some day is always tomorrow, it may not ever come. Just throwing that out there. I pushed my wife to get knocked up the first time, then after that initial hesitation was gone, she wanted more babies. She reached her limit there a couple years ago, but she hasn't hit thirty yet, so we still have plenty of energy to keep up with the little ones.
There was less risk of her having complications because she was younger as well.
It's just something to bear in mind if you do want kids. You'll never truly be ready, ironically it's having kids that pushes you to be a better person. Like as long as you aren't doing heroin, meth, or warhammer, there isn't anything keeping you from being a good parent.

All this sounds rational to me. Don't put the cart before the horse. I was married at 27, but didn't have my son until 12 years later when I had a home, money in the bank, car and some stability in my relationship.
There are also people who want to have children right away. There's no "best" way. It's up to the people involved.

I for what it’s worth I have an odd fetish related to this.
The pregnancy fetish. However, have I gotten any girl’s pregnant? No. Do I actually or have I actually ever wanted too? No 😂
But honestly from what I understand about baby fever, I think what causes this is that when a woman see’s a sister, family member, or friend with a new born. All they see is the nice, cute, easy aspect of a baby/kid. They don’t see the sleepless nights, stress from the kid throwing tantrums in a public area. Etc.
So often, they get baby fever, and then have a child. And often they regret their decision after they’re thrown in the nightmares of raising a kid. All the responsibilities they didn’t see or realize exist lol
Not really, as I have two teenage kids already. However, my girlfriend is nearing the end of her fertile years and she has intense baby fever as she has no child, yet, but always wanted children.
I can understand that, but I'm a little worried because I know already what to expect. Of course, with a different woman it is a different journey.
I always used to say that you should expect a wish for a bay if you insist on having a younger girlfriend. A man who already feels too old should best have a girlfriend his own age or older.

No, I have a girl and a boy. They are with us on vacation. My sister is also here with us with her 11 month old son (my baby nephew). so as of now we are happy to have 8 children between us siblings, ages between 21 years old to 11 month old). Full house ;).

Never ending since i was in preschool playing with baby dolls... all the way through the childhood and teen years where i helped take care of others children... all the way through college where i watched people who didn't want to be moms get to become moms... and even now when most women dont even want kids until they have established a career... Hell no. I have “permanent infertility” fever. I don’t want kids and never will want kids. I’d rather be dead than have kids. My only “kids” will either have 4 legs and fur or 2 legs and feathers. If I could afford to get permanently sterilized I’d make an appointment right now lol 😂
