Do you hate the beach or know anyone who does?

Was listening to Sweater Weather by the Neighbourhood and there's a line where he says he hates the beach.

I love the beach and have never met a person who hated it but I know there's some people out there that may hate it. Are you one?

It’s on a Great Lake but our beaches are amazing. We have a state park that is a peninsula about 13 miles long.

Outside the bay, it is all beaches. If you look at my profile banner, that’s a pic of some.

There is one beach where the water is no deeper than thigh deep almost a hundred yards out from shore. Most it is ankle deep and crystal clear. You’d be hard pressed to tell you weren’t in the Caribbean just from the water.

yes, a friend of mine now hates going to the beach or to a pool. she claims it's because of the scars of an operation of hers, but she's had them forever, even during our last swimming lessons in 4th grade and it wasn't a problem. they go from her upper chest almost all the way down the middle of her body, she had 2 big operations when she was little. not sure what changed, especially bc she could totally just wear a one piece bathing suit that's all closed (in the front at least) from the neck down to her thighs and i think those can look good, too. i think i'm missing some info here.

I love the beach because I love the sand. And the sun. But I dont like a really crowded beach private beaches are better because there is always that moment where the sun is beating down so hot and you start making out. Next thing you know you roll her over on top and she sits up and you slide her hips forward then back trying not to get caught

I don't understand how anyone can hate the beach. Good beaches are beautiful and when it's warm out, there's no better feeling having the sun and a gentle breeze on your skin. If you get too hot, you jump in the water. It's also one of the few scenarios you can flaunt your body. Then there's sand castles, burying peeps for pics and memories, beach volleyball and other stuff.

I love beaches and don't know anyone who dislikes them

I don't hate the beach, but I'm ambivalent towards it.

I've lived on the beach my whole life, though, so it holds absolutely no fascination for me. It's just people, sand, and fucking seagulls; none of which I'm particularly fond of.

I do like the water, though. 🤷‍♂️

I grew up 2 short blocks from the Pacific Ocean and loved living so close to the beach. I still miss it so much!😔

Some people complain about getting sand in their car after a day at the beach but it never bothered me. The sand is part of the fun - walking on it, right?

I don’t hate it, but i rarely go. As a redhead, the necessary prep makes the trip a lot of work and i hate the way sand gets everywhere. An hour at the beach ends up being an all day event. No thanks! Ell oh ell!

I love the beach as well , I always have and always will , the only thing I ever hated from the beach was getting sand on my balls lol but ever since they put showers in , I have no more complaints , going to the beach now is a lot better than it was back then

I don't hate the beach but I definitely feel uncomfortable at times. I know my 👀 wonder and probably look a little too long at times. I don't wanna come across as being creepy but it's hard!

Yup I know a couple who won't go near a beach. Both are overweight, green toenails, and both are scared of the water. Better for everyone if they stay clothed and dry.

I'd love the beach if it wasn't so crowded, I'm introverted, when I'm surrounded, I feel overloaded and trapped, I don't like that feeling and it ruins the experience for me.

But find me a pretty beach and a pretty girl to go with, and I'll travel across the world to get there, I'd love that, yeah

Not a huge fan. I am very fair-skinned, and it can be torturous if the sun is strong enough.

If I do go, it's usually much later in the afternoon. Always under an umbrella.
