Is it okay to ask two girls to hang out with you over lunch?

So the other day I went to this event that was hosted by these two Korean girls for the Korean Lunar New Year holidays. We celebrated the holidays together with other people who participated and they prepared some New Year's event like drawing and playing traditional games. We eventually exchanged Instagram IDs and we already had some messaging IDs already exchanged beforehand for this event. I was wondering since I was going to be in their city next month for another event with my friends, and since I don't have any plans for lunch yet, is it okay for me to ask these two girls to have lunch with me? I would like to get to know them more in friendly terms.

What I initially wrote to one of them was this: "It was fun to talk to you and (Person A)! If both of you are free, would you like to grab some lunch together? I'll be in Seoul next month for an event."

I'm wondering if this is okay and how other girls would view this because it's my first time.

So, one of the girls said they can't make it due to other plans but is willing to meet up after March. Should I ask the other girl? I'm not trying to date them because I don't know them well yet. I'm just wanting to hang out with them in friendly terms.

I initially asked one of them because I thought it'd be best since that girl could ask her friend about it. But I guess she didn't ask her friend. So that's why I'm asking if I should ask the other friend to see if she would like to hang out and get lunch? I'd figured I would make some plans with them to kill time since my other friends won't arrive for an event I'm attending until later in the day.
Is it okay to ask two girls to hang out with you over lunch?
