Honestly, I don't know about others, but personally I wouldn't go to someone's place for the first hangout for safety reasons. Also, Netflix and chill does not sound like a date to me. It mostly sounds like a hookup and that is not my style. But to each their own.

It’s it’s the first hangout ever then you should really take her out to do something. Asking her over to your house could look like you’re trying to get one thing.

The first time you have her over, have a hidden camera in the living room, or whatever room has the entrance in case she isn't happy after and tries to falsely accuse you of something later.
