I presume that a lot of siblings are moving into a shared place in order to save on rent and to share expenditures. There is no problem whatsoever in having adult siblings sharing one place for that purpose.

If both siblings are fine with that setup, there is nothing that is illegal about them living in the same apartment building and who am I to tell them what to do and not. This is not my business and does not concern me.

I have no reason to report them and as long as they don't perform illegal or criminal activities, they don't disturb me unless they are the kind of neighbors that are loud.
