Does my guy friend asking to live with me mean he secretly likes me?

Ugh I can’t stand it. I just don’t answer anymore. My guy friend texted me last weekend if he can live with me because his mom scolded him for leaving the trash out and not taking it out, the week before because his sister yelled at him for leaving a bag of dog pops laying around and not tossing out.
two weeks ago he texted me because he got into an argument with his sister and mom and he asked to live with me. I told him NO NO NO! Work things out and stop leaving shit laying around!

Just now he texted me AGAIN if I can live with him. I didn’t answer.

He never asks everyone else but me. My best friend says, “Dumbbell! He LIKES YOU! Why do you think he’s ALWAYS asking YOU? He WANTS YOU……BAD! He wants you to be his girlfriend and it’s been like that since you guys were kids. He asked you out but you keep turning him down. Everyone has seen him look at you and starting at you.”
I told him over and over! I care for my friend but he needs to stop.

OK, to make things much simpler, let me copy/paste and slightly amend my answer to your other question about the same guy that wants to get into your pants. Here it comes:

He is obviously interested in you but not for the kind of long term relationship (20+ years). His scheme is to have you where he wants and then if you are not cautious and don't take your precautions or are too gullible, he will just get what he wants. What he wants is obviously to get into your pants and once he got what he came for, he will dispose of you and you have lost a friendship.

He is obviously a walking red flag and only wants you to slave for him and to take care of business that he is incapable of taking care of by himself.
