My browsing history is deleted automatically every time I end the (non US based) browser which is an open source browser located in Europe where data protection laws are very strict. Since I never go on sites that display any lewd, inappropriate or illegal content, that the browser settings are set to maximum security and that I have a child protection software to back that security setting up, my browser history is absolutely clean.

Furthermore, I only use a search engine that is also located outside the US and that does not collect data.

Thus, I can reasonably say that whatever can be found on my notebook is of absolutely no interest to anyone since it is limited to about web pages that I have ever opened in my life.

I've yet to dig into my wife's computer and phone to clean them out since her recent passing.

When I do get around to it, I doubt that I'll find anything she wouldn't want me to see.

My grown son will the one to deal with my stuff, I guess.
I have a habit of making sure that my browser history is cleaned up.

He's old enough, though, to understand that I'm not just Dad, I'm a human being, too.

A lot of people use duckduckgo. It cleans up after every session when you log out or just by pushing a button.

@thelovelywoman I often think about how I can hide my porn collection, from prying eyes. I have put a password on my computer, but have no one to delete everything AND my browsing history. How 'bout you taking care of that for me? 😂🤣

What a pointless task it would be to make sure everything is covered up for when you die, you'll be dead you have no reason to care cause dead.

My Internet browser settings. I set them to delete everything when I close the browser. If I need to remember a website I can just favorite it.
