Would you want your daughter to follow in your footsteps, and why?

No. There are things that I have done and not proud of myself. When she was little and not aware of what was going on, I used to take her with me everywhere. She used to wait for me while I am doing my things. I stopped bring her along once she got older and understands what is going on.

@thelovelywoman To some degree yes, because I knew several young girls and some older women when I was older that had the same or similar appetites as I and looking back, I see nothing wrong with that as long as it is TEMPERED with enough discipline and judgement to ALSO gain education and get a good job and move on in life.

When you say footsteps, I take that to mean in basically how I conducted my life, overall, and if I would want my daughter to do the same. Even though I would do some things differently, I feel my life was somewhat Balanced, but could have been better.

Not necessarily, she can chose her own path and professional career. All you can do as a parent is protect them when they're little and guide them when they're teenagers. The only thing we've always insisted on was respect for older people (teachers, us as her parents, her grandparents) and understanding that life isn't always easy. No one is going to give her a degree, she'll have to work for that. We are generous, but she also knows the value of things.
