No. Even though i totally understand wanting to. And believe me I FAIL miserably with this. So this is coming from someone who everyday struggles mightily to take his own advice.

And i'm not saying it's going to work out like this video. But try to remind yourself nobody is born with hate in their heart. And some of the meanest people have the sickest hearts. This woman's heart may be sick both figuratively and not just literally.

Yes. I am done giving people excuses. That was me in my 20s (giving horrible or rude people excuses), I am no longer that person. If you are a tolerant person you easily get taken advantage of. That is one of the things that my life has taught me so far.

I am just there in our store and she came inside to just talk and my cousin came he told us about his birthday and I jokingly told him you didn't invite me and my neighbor was like its scary to invite gossipy people like you and touched another customers arm to agree with her but the customer just looked at her. Like wtf you are here came in our store to talk to my parents and you never even buy from our store yet you always go here to talk and then you called me that?

Yeah I never did wrong to her like why would she treat me like that. Also I am planning to make the wall higher as their ac to make their ac stop blowing hot air towards my sisters bedroom window or I am doing that to get revenge to make their ac ruin if our house has firewall.

No, you should not be rude back. Being rude can make things worse. Her heart failure might cause her stress, pain, or brain changes that make her act out. Try to stay calm and kind, or just walk away to keep your peace.
