Is my neighbor rude?

My aunt talked to our neighbor because she was invited to an event. They were original members of women association in our town. And they have event on Dec 5. She was talking to her and she suddenly told my aunt "you have tshirt and I dont have tshirt too?" Because she saw her she has a new Tshirt printed for the event. Actually you can attend the event without personalized tshirt for the event and then she suddenly turned back and went inside her house and locked the door leaving my aunt in front of her house

Yeah that neighbor sounds kinda rude to me. Just dismissing your aunt like that after she was just making friendly conversation about the event. Like who cares if your aunt had a new shirt or not? That's no reason to act all attitude-y. And then just walking away and locking the door on her too? That's just straight up disrespectful. Your aunt was just being nice by stopping to chat, she didn't deserve to get treated like that. I wouldn't want to be neighbors with someone so stuck up. If it was me, I'd be polite even if I didn't want to talk much. That lady needs to chill and learn some manners. I feel bad for your aunt getting snapped at for no good reason. I'd avoid talking to that neighbor again if they're gonna act like that.
