when I do someone a favor... that's a one way street, I don't expect anything in return

however, in most cases... people do reciprocate and some even "pay back" with more

and that's the usual around here... big sense of community, very few people do not appreciate these things properly

I don't like it when someone does someone a favor and they say "You owe me one". Because that's like hanging in over the person's head until they are repaid. It's not right. And they are serious about it too.
