when I was younger (7-11 years old) my mom used to be a retailer for women underwear brand clothing and lingerie. During those days either she would go to her clients/friends house or her clients/friends would visit us home to do business. as they all got together in the living room my mom would show them the merchandises and debate in which brand is better, cheaper, higher quality, etc.
and this is where my curiosity comes in...
I remember her friends would actually take of their shirts, pants and under wears off in order to try on the merchandises. Leaving them partially naked and expose. as this was happening, I remember I would accidentally walk in the scene not being aware of what was going on and they would not care if I saw them naked. Sometimes 1-2 of them would point out "hey! there is a child here, etc" and the once that were naked would mostly replied "oh it doesn't matter, etc" and would act like I'm not there seeing them naked.
I also notice that this happen in other areas to. like the bathroom one day. As a little kid I use to enjoy bubbles baths. so as far as I remember that those days I would be taking a bubble bath with the shower curtain slightly open and my mom's female friend would come in knowing I was there. They would undress and roll down their pants and undies to do their necessity knowing I was there(watching or not). I remember one day that this happen, one of them notice I was watching and she then told me as I was actually looking "is OK! your not seeing anything". had no idea what she was really trying to tell me, LOL.
Another time I remember like it was yesterday was one afternoon when my mom and I when to visit one of her best friends from childhood. It was really hot that day so everybody was just coming back from the beach. My mom's best friend's daughter and niece were one of those people who where just coming back from the beach and they were tired relaxing in their rooms while still having their bathing suits on, then the phone rings and my mom's best friends tell her daughter to answer. the daughter walks by the kitchen with her bathing suit on (which was a top and thong!), and as curious as any little kid I checked her out, my mom's best friend cough me staring and puts me in the spot (in a positive way) and says "oohh look! he so cute! he is checking her out!". I mean wouldn't a mother be upset if anybody was checking her daughter out? or was it because I was too young and not capable of anything?
Anyways, sorry if I sound traumatized. I think I enjoy those memories and wish they could repeat themselves now. but I just want to know; was there a possibility of me building any psychological issues because of that. I mean they always talk about how is not good for children to be exposed to nudity, but never explain what exact problems they can develop from it?
