My boyfriend doesn't want me to see male strip teasers?

My friend will get married soon, and with girlfriends we want to go to male striptease club, nobody of us never was in such place and I guess it would be fun!

But my boyfriend get really mad , he said I can't go.

I would understand his point, but a year ago his friend had birthday and he went to a strip club, even I also didn't want him to go, I finally agreed but was sad for a long time because of this,

So I think it would be fair if he agrees that I can go now? tell me what to do, I really want to go, my all girl friend will go, I can't miss it

Did he at least give you an explanation why he doesn't want you 2 go? Why is there a double standard? I would ask him why such a big deal (if you haven't already). If u've never given him a reason not to trust u, then there shouldn't be a debate...on the other hand, if you did something for him not to trust you then I could understand y. A relationship is built on trust...he has to know that u've never given him any reason to second guess your fidelity, so what's the problem!?

IMO, since he's been to a strip club, he thinks he knows what's going to go down & he might have partaken in to such a scenario, or maybe one of his friends did. So he might fear that you may do the same thing.

If he can't come up with a mind blowing explanation why you shouldn't go, then for you 2 go is fair game. Just keep pushing on that he can trust u. How did he convince you that he should b able 2 go 2 the club? Use the same reasoning he did, point it out, then let him know what he's doing to you isn't fair!

I can totally understand when people aren't comfortable with knowing that their partners are going to strip clubs. So I can relate to him not wanting you to go. But considering that he went to one even though he knew you didn't really want him to go, he really has no leg to stand on now and ask you not to go. Double standards.

I think it would only be fair if you went, especially since he himself went to a strip club without you wanting him to. It's actually kind of sexist of him to think that he's allowed to go, but you aren't.

Guys have a superiority complex.. and 90% of the time, were more insecure than the girls are.. I just got into a relationship.. and honestly she's amazing, beautiful.. everything I want in a girl.. But I know what she likes in a guy (body wise).. She wants to gym the gym where I go to.. Sadly enough, I'm one of the smaller guys in the gym.. nd I think id feel weird espec if she's seeing these huge guys there.. and then she's walking out with me..
