I've liked the same guy for 3 years?

We met in 8th grade our relationship was when we acted like we hated each other but people always asked him if he liked me but he wouldn't answer them... He told me sweet things like one in a million ... 9th grade he said he loved me and I'm so fine but I don't know if it was a joke.. Rumor spread I liked him but I denied it and told him I only like him as a friend... By then we never talked... 10th grade we didn't talk till the end of the year he talked about this other girl he liked in front of me and all these other girls yet one of his friends and him stared at me all the time.. He tried talking to me again... I talked about guys in front of me & one time he looked mad the other time

His friend who stares heard & they were talking bout fighting a guy and his friend watched me to talk to another guy and he was mad...When break came I msged him on fb and he never seemed interested in talking 2 me I gave him my # and he never texted.. I told him I like him and all he said was oh OK then I asked if he liked me & he never replied...Now back at school & we don't really talk but his friend still stares at me and so does he sometimes... he's never had a girlfriend and even said girls scare me and he's really insecure about himself .. I also don't believe he believe me he re-blogged on tumblr a couple weeks after re-blog if no1 has a crush on u... Help!

My guess is he got tired of the games. The playing hard to get back and forth and trying to make the other jealous was enough. You locked him in the friend zone in 9th grade and I'd say he is fine without you and has moved on.
