Why she stare at me when I'm not look then when I catch her she gaze into my eyes and smile but she hold if a little longer. When she do this she also touches me. We been hanging out every day since December. Now things starting to change. She do this when we in front of people or one on one. Why she keep looking at me? Is this a good or bad thing?

We talk every day. We hangout every day. If we not texting we on the phone. If not on the phone we are in person. She say we are friends but I can't have certain women numbers I can't tlkn about other women. I sure feel like we dating. And she ALWAYS touching me. No matter what.
