Why does my girlfriend just stare at me?

So my girlfriend and I have been together for 3 and 1/2 months now. Everything is perfect so far, and we are just so compatible it's like we were meant for each other.

A month ago, I noticed that she'll just stare at me for the longest time. When I'm driving, I catch her just staring at me. When we're cuddling on the couch and watching tv, she'll just stare at me too.

Whenever I catch her staring, I look at her directly in the eyes and wait for her to say something, but she never says anything. Eventually the silence gets to me, and I ask her "what's up?" and she'll just shake her head, and say "nothing" or just smile/ wink at me. After I turn away, she still continues to stare.

Why is this? My ex-girlfriends have never done this, and when they did stare, it meant they wanted to talk.

I don't have a problem with her staring at me at all, I like it actually. I just don't understand why she would just stare at me without any purpose. It also gets a little awkward at times, because I feel like she's watching every little move I make

Your girlfriend has come to truly appreciate you in ways her words couldn't match.

She stares without helping herself, she loves the fact that you are spending time and she tries to capture every moment with you with the image of you.

When you are apart, it's those images thos emoments that is keeping her into you.

For her even if she wanted to stop looking, she wouldn't be able to help herself.

She's definitely inlove with you, and you don't have to worry about her finding someone else as if she stares at you then she's lost herself to you.

It happens to all girls just differently but I have seen this many times and experienced it myself.

If it bothers you, tell her but when doing so remember she does it cause she really values you as a person and as her own in her life.

That's so adorable! It's nothing to fret about. I guess she just really loves your face, enjoys your company and can't believe her luck? Maybe staring in case you disappear lol You should be happy.. it's a really sweet gesture, tbh. It tells me that she is definitely, undeniably and intensely into you... She's a keeper. Dude, This IS not normal. Nobody just stares lovingly at you. Doesn't happen. SHe more than likely has some abandonment issues.

When I'm in a relationship, I like to "stare" too. Just looking over my boyfriend and looking at every little thing I like about him. It's just a "silent moment" actually, just looking at him and thinking. It doesn't mean I wanna talk, it just means I wanna look at my boyfriend, hah.

But I'm a person who can look at people for a long time, remembering all the details I wanna remember and trying to put the image in my head for when they leave. It's like making a mental picture ^^
