Why does my crush always stare at me, but never talks to me?

it all started one day when we were in the hallways i noticed him staring at me while walking toward the way i was coming from he literally was eyeballing me. when we got close he said hi then kept walking. then i was in class but the bell run so the next class came in. he was in that class and he was eyeballing me then also. it became a time where almost everytime he would see me, he would look at me. at a basketball game we literally was staring at eachother for 5 minutes. neither of us would break eye contact. i was like under his spell. i don't know what happened. we never spoke so its physical attraction for me. but yeah. i would talk to him but he has a girlfriend. even when they were next to eachother he would literally stare at me. and make eye contact with me. his girlfriend hated me. but i did nothing to her. she gave me dirty looks a lot. I don't know. but anyways his girlfriend moved away now and the eye contact is still going on. he has never talked to me besides that one time. Also today, I haven't seen him a lot today besides twice and the first time it was in the hallway but I was far away from him. He looked at me, but I turned around and went the other way because I didn't want to pass him. Then while I was walking to go to my bus I seen him and his bestfriend walking to their bus, walking towards the direction I came from & he said something to his friend then stared at me. I think he raised his eyebrow alittle what should I do? & why is he always staring? help.

Don't do anything. He has a girlfriend. I think that this is also the reason he doesn't do anything.
