I think my almost step brother likes me?

I met my stepbrother around October and we became really good friend. We'd joke around and taser each other, and have sleepovers every other weekend. Like a week ago, he started accusin me of having a boyfriend, which I don't, and started making a lot of sexual jokes to me all the time. He'll sit next to me on the couch even when there's another that no ones on. He'll like stroke my arm joking around, but I don't know if he really is. Do you think he likes me?
