Does my best friend's brother like me?

My best friends brother told her that he thinks I like he said that I stare at him but I don't. he does.the 1st day of school I walked in and he was just looking at me then at lunch I got up and he got half way up and was just staring at me.we went to a theme park and it started raining so we ran and he grabbed my had I don't know if he thought it was his sister(my best friend) are me.when I go over he's always talking to me and a couple of times me and him would be alone and he would ask if he should ask some girl out.when we went to the pool he was smiling at me and I asked him to see if I had any messages on my phone so he got my phone and said no then he way looking through it but I don't know what he was looking at.he got my camera and tired to take a picture of me.we went to the movies and he sat next to me and when we where in the car when there was other seats.so does he like me
