Guy's Behavior

Guys, I like my best friend's brother. (who is also my friend) How do I tell him?

I have two best friends who are neighbors. M and L. L's twin brother (A) and I have been getting really close lately, enough that I call all three of them my best friends. I started catching feelings for him, and I think he might like me too? He constantly complements my voice, and last week I was hanging out with M and he came over. The three of us watched a movie and halfway through I put my head on his shoulder, and he immediately put his head on top of mine. Then, he put his arm around me. However, now it's like that never happened. His sisters (NOT L. L disapproves) ship us, and so does his dad! I don't know how/if I should bring it up... Any advice?
